The firm is led by CA Regi Tom Antony, a seasoned finance professional with more than two decades of international and Indian experience in corporate finance, business transformation, and strategic advisory. Prior to establishing and expanding the practice, he held senior leadership roles across multinational organisations in the Middle East and Africa, managing finance, operations, and shared service functions.

Regi is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He is also a Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA, UK), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA, USA), and a Lean Six Sigma practitioner.
